Rhonda Johnson

Rhonda Johnson is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries, including technology, financial services, and private equity. Currently serving as the Head of Global Human Resources at PubNub since 2021, Rhonda has previously worked as a Human Resources Advisor, Coach & Partner at a FinTech and Information Technology firm in 2020-2021, and as Chief Human Resources Officer at a Private Equity Firm from 2018 to 2020. Prior roles include being Vice President of Human Resources at First Data from 2008 to 2018, and contributing to human resources leadership and organizational effectiveness at Delta Technology and Delta Air Lines from 1996 to 2008. Rhonda Johnson holds a degree from Clayton University.
