Zach Iniguez

Zach Iniguez is a seasoned software engineering expert with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Pudgy Penguins since July 2023, Zach oversees major software development initiatives and collaborates with executive leadership to advance the company's goals in web3 gaming and related sectors. As a consultant and thought leader in the web3 space since September 2021, Zach has successfully advised clients on strategic initiatives while significantly growing a personal Twitter following. Previously, Zach held several roles at The Nerdery, culminating in Engineering Manager, and delivered front-end and back-end solutions at Persuade for a major grocery chain. Zach began a career in software engineering at ORBIT Systems, and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
