Ashley Welvaert

Ashley Welvaert has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ashley started their career as an Associate Attorney at ENGVALL & LOPEZ, LLP in 2012. Ashley then joined Comfort Systems USA in 2013, initially as a Senior Counsel, Litigation and Employment, and later as Assistant Vice President, Safety and Risk Management. At Comfort Systems USA, they managed various responsibilities including overseeing claims management and developing safety strategies. In 2019, they joined Liberty Oilfield Services as Operations Counsel, where they helped bridge the gap between corporate offices and district locations. Ashley then served as Counsel at JE Dunn Construction before joining Renu Inc. in 2022 as their Vice President, Legal & Risk Management. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Legal Officer at Modigent, starting in 2023.

Ashley Welvaert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M University in 2009. Ashley then went on to attend Baylor University School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree. In October 2018, they obtained a certification in OSHA 30 - Construction Safety and Health from ClickSafety.
