Hugo Delgado

Hugo Delgado is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Food Blogger since April 2020, Hugo also holds the position of Jefe de partida at Puente Romano Beach Resort since September 2016. Previous roles include Jefe de Cocina at La Bodega Restaurant Dublin, Cocinero at Hotel Puente Romano, and Jefe de Partida at Thornton's Restaurant, which is managed by Michelin-starred Kevin Thornton.
