Edward Ortiz Santiago

Edward Ortiz Santiago has extensive experience in environmental compliance and water quality management, currently serving as an Environmental Compliance Technician at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct & Sewer Authority since June 2013. In this role, Edward evaluates and monitors wastewater treatment processes to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and permit requirements. Previously, as a Drinking Water Plant Operator, responsibilities included water sample collection and routine laboratory analysis. Edward's earlier experience in customer service at Tiendas La Gloria involved sub-management functions and employee scheduling. Edward holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Science in General Science from the University of Puerto Rico-Cayey.
