Lisby Pagan

Lisby Pagan has a robust background in environmental compliance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Compliance and Quality Control at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct & Sewer Authority since July 2001. Prior roles within the same organization include Director of Regulatory Affairs, Sludge Management Director, and Environmental Compliance Manager. Lisby’s earlier experience includes a position as Scientist and Environmental Officer at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical from 1996 to June 2001 and a Scientist role at Pfizer from 1995 to 1996.
