Frances Segarra

FRANCES SEGARRA is a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist Manager at the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources since September 2012. Prior to this, they held various positions such as a Senior Environmental Quality Specialist at PREQB SAN JUAN from September 1998 to October 2012. They also have experience as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at UPR-RCM and as an Instructor at the University of Puerto Rico. With an educational background in Biochemistry, they are currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine.
