Huw Thomas

Huw Thomas is an experienced executive in the agri-food sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd since February 2021 and Puffin Produce Ltd since May 2009. Previously, Huw held the position of Head of Economics and Market Information at DairyCo from April 2006 to May 2009, and served as Agri-Food Strategy Manager at the Welsh Development Agency/Welsh Government from January 2003 to April 2006. Huw Thomas earned a PhD in Crop Genetics during postdoctoral research at the University of Cambridge from 1992 to 2000.
