Allan Koski

Allan Koski currently serves as a NERC Certified System Operator at Snohomish County PUD since September 2021, following extensive experience at Puget Sound Energy from July 2014 to September 2021, where roles included System Operator and Transmission Scheduler. Previous positions encompassed responsibilities in real-time transmission scheduling, power flow studies, and supporting operational needs in the transmission system. Earlier career roles also included engineering internships and electrician apprenticeship experiences, with a strong educational background consisting of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Washington.
