Brian Carrico

Brian Carrico currently serves as the Major Facilities Siting Manager at Puget Sound Energy since April 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at WSP USA from November 2007 to May 2024, including Senior Vice President and Senior Project Manager. Brian's earlier experience includes serving as the Community Development Director for the City of Battle Ground, where responsibilities encompassed overall planning functions, and as City Planner for the City of Cle Elum. Additionally, Brian worked as a Senior Planner at Yakima County, focusing on policy planning under the Growth Management Act, and as Planner 2 for Clark County WA, specializing in long-range planning under the same act.
