David Tyler

David Tyler serves as the Regional Manager for IT/Telecommunications at Puget Sound Energy since November 2010, where responsibilities include managing diverse teams, overseeing projects related to call center operations, data facilities, and critical telecommunications infrastructure. With a strong background in engineering and project management, David has initiated the development of a 24/7 network operation center and led emergency response efforts for IT and telecommunications incidents. Previous roles include Flight Test Engineer/Pilot for RF Technology Corporation, IT/Telecommunications Supervisor at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Global Program Manager at Teligent. David holds a BS in Aviation Aerospace from Le Tourneau University and additional education from California State University, Bakersfield.
