Duncan Gibbs

Duncan Gibbs has extensive experience in web management and user engagement, currently serving as Web Program Manager for Enterprise Customer Engagement at Puget Sound Energy since November 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing user experience and content management on the company's websites. Prior to this role, Duncan worked as an Independent Contractor from January 2005 to November 2006, creating a website for a private client. From November 1999 to September 2004, Duncan was a Web Analyst at UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center, where duties included designing and maintaining the organization's administrative intranet. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant to the Director of Firmwide HR at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison from September 1989 to April 1998, where Duncan provided administrative support and developed the Human Resources section of the firm's intranet. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education (Instructional Technology) from San Francisco State (1992-1994) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Arts from Antioch University (1986-1988).
