Julien Loh

Julien Loh is an established professional in government affairs and public policy, currently serving as the Local Government Affairs and Public Policy Manager at Puget Sound Energy since February 2017. Prior to this role, Julien held the position of Senior Vice President at Ceis Bayne East Strategic from April 2015 to February 2017. Julien also served as District Director for Congresswoman Suzan DelBene from December 2012 to April 2015 and was the Northwest Regional Representative for Governor Chris Gregoire between January 2010 and December 2012. Julien Loh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Western Washington University, completing the program in 2000.
