Leza Isadora is a Prosci® Certified Change Manager with extensive experience in organizational change management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Organizational Change Manager for Digital Workplace Transformation at Puget Sound Energy, Leza previously held senior positions at Mosaic Family Services, Centene Corporation, and Broadcast Your Love, focusing on change initiatives and digital transformation. Noteworthy achievements include mentoring executives, developing change plans for notable organizations, and implementing strategies that significantly enhanced engagement and communication. Leza holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baker College and a Bachelor of General Studies with concentrations in English, Business, and Psychology from Texas Woman's University.
