Sanina Ugarak

Sanina Ugarak is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Puget Sound Energy since December 2023, Sanina previously held the position of Area Human Resources Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where responsibilities included managing HR policies and supporting the Area Vice President. Sanina's career also includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at Universal Language Service, overseeing onboarding and employee relations, and as a Human Resources Director at Paramount Rehabilitation and Nursing, directing personnel and advising management on policy matters. Sanina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Seattle Central College, earned between 2015 and 2019, following a High School Diploma from Kent-Meridian High School earned in 2014.
