Shaleena Owens

Shaleena Owens is an accomplished Senior Technical Training Program Manager at Puget Sound Energy since December 2020, with prior experience as a Technical Training Program Manager. Shaleena held a consulting role at Mosaic from September 2018 to December 2020 and worked at Sterling Talent Solutions from September 2013 to May 2018 as a Client Solutions Analyst Trainer, where development of new processes was a key responsibility. As a Training & Delivery Manager, Shaleena established curriculum and implemented a company-wide Learning Management System. Shaleena started at TalentWise, a SterlingBackcheck company, in June 2006, advancing from Client Services Specialist to Client Services Supervisor, where oversight of a team of client service representatives was a primary duty. Shaleena is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Learning & Technology at Western Governors University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
