Noah P. Boggess, AICP, serves as a Senior Public Engagement Specialist at the Puget Sound Regional Council since January 2020, having previously held roles such as Associate Planner. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Development Specialist for the City of Seattle and an Associate Planner at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, where responsibilities included managing Local Technical Assistance projects and producing data visuals. Earlier roles involved research and technical support at DePaul University's Institute for Housing Studies and various internships focused on urban development and environmental justice. Noah holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Urban Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Public Policy, both from DePaul University.
