Janine Leccia

Janine Leccia is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in the fashion and luxury sectors. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director for Beauty & Fashion Brands at Puig since July 2024, Janine previously held key positions at LVMH, including Global Talent Management & Acquisition Director and HR Director for the Fashion Group in the UK & Ireland from January 2016 to June 2024. Prior to that, Janine was the Consultant and Head of Fashion & Luxury at Moira Benigson Executive Search from March 2010 to December 2015, specializing in global executive search for fashion, retail, and luxury goods. Janine's career began at Sterling International as an Associate from 2005 to 2009. Janine holds a BA Hons in French Language & Literature from the University of Leeds, which was completed in 2002.
