Lucile Raguin

Lucile Raguin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, operational marketing, and education management. Currently serving as the Customer Experience, Operational Marketing & Education Manager at KAMA AYURVEDA since June 2022, Lucile previously held various roles at Clarins from December 2011 to June 2022, including Chef de projet Retail and Chef de produit Activités Spa, where significant contributions were made to retail animation, exclusive product launches, and customer experience enhancement. Prior experience includes roles at Rogé Cavaillès and Laboratoires Expanscience, focusing on product development and marketing support. Lucile holds a degree from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Product Management from IAE Paris-Est.
