Amy Weedon is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the Marketing & Innovation Controller at Pukka since September 2022, Amy has held previous positions as Marketing Manager. Prior to that, tenure at Bakkavor included roles as Category & Insight Manager for Tesco Ready Meals and Tesco Dips Dressed Salads & Mod Deli. Amy’s career began at Premier Foods, where roles spanned from Marketing Controller for Bisto & SAXA salt to Senior Brand Manager for Loyd Grossman and various positions focused on brands such as Homepride and Mr Kipling. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Trainee Merchandiser at Tesco. Amy earned a BA(Hons) in Business Studies (Marketing) from Nottingham Trent University in 2007.
