Amy Gausz

Amy Gausz has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Human Resources at PULAU Corporation, where they focused on maintaining high-quality service to employees, administering the 401k plan, coordinating leave and disability plans, and labor negotiations. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at JHT, Inc., where they handled regulatory tasks and administered health benefit programs, disability, life insurance, FSAs, and the 401k plan. Amy also assisted with I-9 forms and new hire paperwork. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Dedicated Facilitator and Project Manager at Hewitt Associates.

Amy Gausz attended the University of Central Florida from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in French. In addition to their education, they have also earned various certifications, including the Girl Scout Gold Award, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM-CP, Professional in Human Resources, and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®).
