Anton L. Delgado is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in environmental reporting and investigative journalism. Currently serving as a Rainforest Investigations Network Fellow at the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, Delgado investigates issues such as illegal gold mining in Cambodia and corruption in the wildlife trade. At Southeast Asia Globe, Delgado has led environmental and visual coverage of Cambodia and the Mekong Region, producing multimedia content and establishing collaborative partnerships to enhance reporting on regional environmental issues. Previous roles include environmental reporting at The Arizona Republic and reporting on the COVID-19 pandemic and social justice movements in North Carolina. Delgado holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and International & Global Studies from Elon University and has a track record of impactful projects recognized by prestigious organizations.
