Ashley Knight Rositas

Ashley Knight-Rositas began their career in 2004 as a Branch Manager and Bank Officer for American Bank of Commerce. In this role, they were the sole facilitator of new account sales, eradicated escalated customer dissatisfaction, and was responsible for the scheduling, hiring, terminating, and performance reviews of the entire retail staff. Ashley was also the sole liaison between the SBA Lending Team and Retail Team, and was responsible for the continuing education of the retail staff. In 2008, Ashley left the corporate environment to stay home with their two children and started an in-home daycare business. Ashley developed and marketed a unique business model for in-home childcare with great success, exceeding their initial goal of replacing their lost income by over 50%. In 2010, Ashley became an Executive Consultant for Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, where they recruited, trained, and supported a team of over 200 independent consultants specializing in corrective skincare solutions. In 2013, Ashley became a Claims Auditor for OneWest Bank - Financial Freedom Reverse Mortgage HUD Claims, where they were responsible for auditing the largest volume of HUD claims daily and supervising the work of 52 administrators. Ashley was trained quickly and promoted after 4 months, and doubled audit production numbers. In 2014, Ashley joined Benchmark Development as a Project Coordinator, operating independently in a busy downtown office and coordinating the development and management of 5 mixed-use subdivision projects. Ashley was also the lead plan reviewer for all Architectural approvals. In 2020, Ashley joined Permit Partners as a Project Manager, and in 2021 they became the Lead Project Manager for Permit Partners, LLC. Finally, in 2022 Ashley became the Founding Project Manager for Pulley, providing a full-service experience for clients seeking to break ground faster and defining permitting strategy and best practices to be scaled across all projects and metros.

Ashley Knight-Rositas attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Health Promotions.
