Tisha Ritta

Tisha Ritta is an accomplished project management professional with a robust background in overseeing construction and permitting projects. Currently serving as the Founding Project Manager at Pulley since May 2023 and simultaneously running Central Texas Permit Partners as the Owner since September 2021, Tisha has previously held senior positions such as Senior Project Manager at Permit Partners, LLC from August 2020 to June 2023 and Managing Director at Rock Solid Site Construction, LLC from June 2019 to June 2022. Tisha also served as Chief Executive Officer of Rock Solid Paving and Coatings LLC from May 2015 to August 2020. In addition to extensive industry experience, Tisha holds an AutoCAD Certification in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from the New York Institute of Art and Design, completed in December 2022.
