Kaligis Dwi has over 15 years of work experience in the culinary industry. kaligis started their career as a Trainee Pastry at Hotel Banian Boulevard in 2004. kaligis then worked as a Daily Worker Pastry Bakery at Grandkemang Hotel in 2007 and Ritz Carlton in 2008. In 2009, they joined Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts as a Trainee Pastry. kaligis then worked as a Commis Baker at Hotel Mulia Senayan in 2010 and Hyatt in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Commis at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. In 2014, they joined Pullman Hotels & Resorts as a Demi Chef de Partie Bakery. Currently, they are working at Pullman Jakarta Central Park as a Chef de Partie and Head Baker. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, training abilities, and expertise in bakery product research and development.
