Santi Permanasari

Santi Permanasari is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Engineering Coordinator at Pullman Jakarta Central Park since November 2022. Prior to this role, Santi worked with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from August 2009 to November 2022, contributing as a Safe and Sound Coordinator and Administrative Assistant within the Engineering Department, as well as gaining experience as a waitress and banquet server. Early career roles included bartending at various clubs and restaurants, starting at Shabu Tei Restaurant from 2003 to 2006. Santi holds a Diploma 3 in Business Administration and Management from Bina Sarana Informatika Jakarta.
