Justin Pearson is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the recruitment and executive search sectors. As the Founder and Managing Director of Hyvve since September 2019, Justin has focused on providing consultancy services to help recruitment owners and CEOs enhance their organizational growth and shareholder value. In addition to this role, Justin serves as Chairman at several firms, including Maven Search, Stratum International, Pullmann Global, Timberseed, The Halkin Partnership, and MCG Talent, each specializing in various aspects of executive search and consulting across diverse industries and regions. Justin previously held leadership positions at HC Group, where strategic solutions were provided to the international energy and commodities markets, and at Oxbridgejobs.com, which aimed at connecting employers with top graduates and professionals. Education includes a BA Hons in Economics and Sociology from the University of Stirling.
