Kj Shon (Kwangjoon)

KJ (Kwangjoon) Shon has a strong background in food science and engineering. KJ(Kwangjoon) started their career in 2006 as a Food Technologist at Ottogi Corporation. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a Sr. Food Researcher at Pulmuone, where they specialized in the development and process design of fresh dough products. In 2016, they joined Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. as a Sr. R&D Manager, responsible for product development and process design. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Research Development at the same company. Throughout their career, KJ Shon has demonstrated expertise in new process design, equipment installation, and converting instrumental measurement results into databases. KJ(Kwangjoon) also has experience in designing sensory tests based on product characteristics.

KJ (Kwangjoon) Shon pursued their Master's degree in Food Technology and Processing from 2004 to 2006 at Dongguk University.
