Min Kim

Min Kim has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Min is currently the VP of Operations (SCM) at Pulmuone Foods USA, where they lead and manages the end-to-end supply chain operations. Min has developed the SCM strategy and established the S&OP process to align demand and supply. Additionally, they led the implementation of a Transportation Management System, resulting in improved logistics visibility and cost management.

Prior to their current role, Min Kim served as the Director of Sales & Operation Planning at HARMAN International, where they developed a supply chain strategy and roadmap to improve operation efficiency and fill rate. Min also deployed a new Supply Chain Planning solution to reduce planning lead time and improve supply plan quality.

Min Kim's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, where they introduced and implemented strategic sourcing processes. Min also developed and implemented a procurement maturity assessment solution.

In 2004, Min Kim served as an MBA Intern in the Logistics Department at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Prior to that, they worked at Sony Electronics as a Supply Chain Management & Project Manager, leading inventory reduction projects and setting up an online network system for product information flow and demand forecasts.

Min Kim started their career at LG Chem as a Product Manager, where they negotiated import agreements and led the development and marketing of new products. Min also led a quality improvement project using SixSigma methodology.

Min Kim attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2003 to 2005, where they earned their MBA in Supply Chain Management.
