Anup Pala is a seasoned professional in packaging and product development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as NPD Manager at Pulpex since April 2022, Anup previously held the position of Packaging Manager at Marks and Spencer, focusing on grocery and non-food product packaging. Anup's tenure at Unilever as Innovation Packaging Manager saw the successful development of packaging for the Pure Leaf and Lipton Ice Tea brands. Significant achievements include implementing an innovation packaging pipeline and launching 100% rPET bottles in Europe. Anup has also contributed to cost savings and efficiency improvements in positions at Hotel Chocolat, Gü Puds, and Mission Foods. With a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Advertising from Buckinghamshire New University, Anup combines creative and strategic thinking in packaging consultancy and management roles.
