Vadim Glushachenko has had a long and varied career in the mining industry. Vadim started their career in 2008 as a Trainee at KRAFTTRANS, where they were responsible for searching for new forwarding partners and performing pre-sales activities. Vadim then moved to Zagros Machine Representative Office in 2008, where they were a Foreign Trade Manager. In this role, they attracted a new customer with a sound LTV and coordinated a mining equipment supply project. In 2013, Vadim moved to Smart Machinery Centre Representative Office, where they held the roles of Deputy Head of the Representative Office and Senior Exports Manager. In this role, they worked as a Procurement, Sales, and Account Manager in the mining industry with Michelin, Cummins, CCEC, Zeppelin, CAT, Power Machines, Uralmash, IZ-Kartex, OMZ, BELAZ, and other major producers of mining and related equipment. Vadim was also responsible for market analysis and prediction of customers' needs, as well as consulting and sales of mining equipment and parts in the Gulf region. Vadim is currently a Project Manager at PULPO WMS, a position they have held since 2022.
Vadim Glushachenko received a Bachelor's degree and Specialist degree from Belarusian State University in International Economy from 2003 to 2008. Vadim then earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Business and Management of Technology of Belarusian State University from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they completed an IT Sales manager course at Salesolution school.
