Sebastian Lederer became a member of PULS in 2012. In his role as Director of Product Application & Innovation, he drives customer-centric innovations and provides leadership to the global team of application engineers and technical support specialists. His primary objective is to consistently elevate the overall customer experience in accordance with PULS' WeCare philosophy.
