Katya Wilkins has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Katya began their career at Mars in 2000, where they held the positions of Manager Corporate Strategy and later Head of Business Planning and Market Research in Russia/CIS. In 2006, they joined Cisco as a Market Intelligence Manager, focusing on the emerging markets' commercial SMB segment. At Cisco, they also served as the Head of EMEA Business and Market Intelligence and later as the Strategic Opportunities Pre-Sales Lead, EMEA. Katya successfully negotiated deals worth over $200 million for Cisco. In 2017, they moved to Vodafone as the Senior Commercial Lead for Cloud & Hosting, where they played a crucial role in securing significant deals and winning important contracts. At Vodafone Business, they held various leadership positions, including the Head of Commercial Operations, Cloud & Security, and the Head of Global Bid and Proposal Management. In these roles, they influenced the commercial strategy for new products and technologies and managed a substantial annual revenue stream. Most recently, Katya joined Smart DCC as the Director of Supplier Relationship Management, responsible for securing strategic alignment and value creation with suppliers. Katya also oversaw the development and delivery of the Supplier Relationship Management Strategy. Katya is currently the Head of Commercial Management and Deal Pricing at Pulsant. Throughout their career, Katya has demonstrated strong leadership, exceptional bid management skills, and a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
Katya Wilkins has a Master's degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), which they obtained between 1992 and 1997. Katya also has an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree in Business from the London Business School, completed from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they hold the Better Business Cases™ Foundation certification from APMG International, obtained in 2023.
