Paul Bulmer

Paul Bulmer has a comprehensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Paul is currently the Director of Product Management at Pulsant since 2023. Before that, they held the same position at Maintel from 2020 to 2023. Prior to Maintel, they worked at KCOM as the Head of Product and Proposition from 2018 to 2020, where they were responsible for developing differentiated network infrastructure and cloud-based propositions. Paul also had a successful tenure at Cable and Wireless, where they served as the Head of Global Product Management - C&W USA from 1998 to 2002, overseeing a £128m product line. Overall, Paul's experience demonstrates their expertise in product management, strategy development, and delivering sustainable growth plans in competitive environments.

Paul Bulmer attended SKEMA Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued a Global EMBA degree. Prior to that, they studied at the University of West London from 1991 to 1992, obtaining a BA in Design and Media Management.
