Victoria Marcer

Victoria is a qualified chartered accountant and has an extensive 25 years of strategic, commercial, and transactional experience across a variety of corporate finance and investment positions. Her role at Pulsant involves developing the offering within the marketplace by seeking out and pursuing strategic growth opportunities, and therefore increasing the number of services they can provide you with.

Prior to joining Pulsant, Victoria was M&A Director for Digital Space (formerly Timico), a PE backed cloud and managed services company where she led the acquisition of their AWS public cloud practice. She has also spent time as an investment director at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, where she was on the board of several portfolio investment companies and in addition she was the Director of Corporate Finance at PwC for nearly 20 years.
