Michael Kurchak began their career in 2007 as a Remote Support Engineer at Pro OnCall Technologies, providing remote support for Windows desktop and server environments and installation and server administration for Interactive Intelligence v3 VoIP phone systems. In 2011, they joined Pulsar360 as a Customer Care Supervisor and Tier II Support Specialist, providing Hosted and premise systems installation and Tier II remote support for PBXAct and Asterisk based VoIP phone systems, as well as network configuration and support.
Michael Kurchak attended the University of Cincinnati from 1996 to 2002. Michael also holds a certification in A+ from CompTIA.
