Noelle Kocian

Noelle Kocian is the VP Global Sourcing at Pulsar. Prior to their current role, they were an English Instructor at New Oriental Education & Technology Group from July 2007 to August 2007 and at Shanxi University of Finance and Economics from August 2006 to July 2007. At both institutions, they introduced intensive curriculum focused on multicultural and multi-linguistic business environments. Noelle also created PowerPoint presentations to enhance the Communicative Language Teaching model and was responsible for effectively presenting school and language proficiency information for community gatherings. In addition, they cultivated positive learning environments through training and mentoring over 700 students at each school. Finally, they devised activities designed to develop a comprehensive range of skills and attitudes including motivation, learning strategies and team work.

Noelle Kocian reports to Jenn Karnik, VP Strategy & Ops. Some individuals on their team include Dan Xiao - Global Supply Chain Specialist, TBD - Global Sourcing Coordinator, and Shary Chan - Global Sourcing Manager. They are on a team with TBD - Business Analyst, TBD - HR I ARP (Office Mgr).
