Ronald Chang

Ronald Chang is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and DevOps consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Pulse Analytics since 2022, Ronald has previously held consulting roles at various companies, including Woot/Amazon and Salesforce from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, Ronald worked as a Sales Engineer at Informatica and as an InfoSec & Cloud Engineer at Accenture, building a solid foundation in information security and cloud infrastructure. Early career experience includes internships at Millennium Partners, the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, and the Office of United States Senator Charles Schumer, among others. Ronald holds a Master of Science degree in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies and International Relations from Syracuse University.
