Ronald Chang is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and DevOps consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Pulse Analytics since 2022, Ronald has previously held consulting roles at various companies, including Woot/Amazon and Salesforce from 2019 to 2022.
