Lena Vinitskaya

Lena Vinitskaya has extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in intellectual property consulting and management. Lena served as the Sr. Director of Legal Affairs at Pulse Biosciences, Inc. starting in 2017. Prior to that, they provided strategic consulting on intellectual property for several companies, including Restoration Robotics, Inc., Earlens Corporation, Bell Integrator, Inc., and Zap Surgical, Inc. From 2007 to 2013, Lena worked as the Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Restoration Robotics, Inc. where they managed the legal department and built a global patent and trademark portfolio. Before that, they managed complex multi-national patent litigation as the Associate General Counsel Litigation at Conor Medsystems, Inc. and provided legal support as the Corporate IP Counsel at Baxter Healthcare Corporation/Edwards Lifesciences. Lena began their career as a patent prosecution and litigation associate at Workman Nydegger.

Lena Vinitskaya earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, completing their studies between 1993 and 1996.
