Alicia Gasaway has had a long and varied career, beginning in 1986 as an Assistant Manager for Papa Dom's Pizza. In 1988 they took on the role of Superba Operator and Trainer for Horizon Industries. From 1993 to 1998 they worked as a Store Manager for Domino's Pizza, followed by a role as Customer Service for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee from 1998 to 2000. Alicia then moved to Alliant Health Plans as a Customer Service/Quality Auditor from 2000 to 2001, and a Temporary Customer Service Representative for PTS Financial & Tax Services Inc. in 2001. Since 2002, they have been working for the Housing Authority for the City of Calhoun, Georgia, first as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director and Computer Technician (I.T.), then as a Housing Manager and Computer Technician (I.T.). Most recently, they have worked as a Customer Success Specialist for Pulse PEMF since 2022.
Alicia Gasaway has an education history that dates back to 1981 when they attended Red Bud High School. Alicia then went on to receive an Associate of Applied Science from Edmondson Junior College in 1991. In 2018, they began attending North Georgia Theological Seminary, where they are currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies. Additionally, they have obtained many certifications from various institutions, such as LinkedIn, University of Georgia - The Georgia Center for Continuing Education, Nan McKay and Associates (NMA), Gordon County Emergency Management Agency, National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), and Gordon County Government.
