Paul Gibbs

Paul Gibbs is an experienced professional in project management and cost consultancy services, holding the position of Director at both Pulse Consult and PROCON LEICESTERSHIRE LIMITED since May 2023 and February 2020, respectively. Previously, Paul served as Associate Director at Pick Everard from February 2010 to April 2023 and held director roles at PG Contracts Ltd and other firms. Paul has contributed to the RICS as a committee member and board member, and held leadership positions, including Chair of Governors for Finance & Premises at Groby Community College. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, alongside various project management accreditations and a position as a Karate Instructor.
