Caroline Elsmore

Caroline Elsmore has 25 years of Financial Service experience. Caroline began their career in 1998 as a Business Development Manager at RBS. In 2000, they became an Area Manager Retail/Private Central Birmingham and an Area Manager Business Banking at RBS, where they managed a team of 18 Business Managers. In 2007, they moved to Asset Bidder as the Managing Director. In 2013, they joined HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as an Area Manager & Performance Manager, Business Performance Manager, and Regional Head of Wealth Coaching. Finally, in 2020, they began working at Pulse-Eight as a Project Manager.
