Felipe Acusa has worked in the tech industry since 2005. Felipe began their career as an Escalation Engineer at Juniper Networks, where they owned and managed hot customer escalations and coordinated with Engineering and JTAC to resolve customer issues. Felipe also provided product issues and improvements by regularly meeting with Engineering teams and requesting traction and speedy resolutions. Additionally, they educated other Engineers in the Team in various product training to improve inflow of cases and assisted in troubleshooting issues. In 2021, they joined Ivanti as Lead Customer Success Manager.
