Nick Whalen

Nick Whalen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process and design engineering within the medical device and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Manager at Pulse Technologies since March 2021, Nick previously held the position of Design Engineer II at MICRO from October 2015 to March 2021, contributing to the design and development of new medical devices. Prior roles include Product and Tooling Design Engineer at GKN Sinter Metals, where Nick managed tooling design through the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process, and a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Bosch Rexroth, where Nick developed an OEE tracking system. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and additional certifications in Medical Device Engineering and Engineering Design from Penn State University and UCLA Extension.
