Avinash Karre

Avinash Karre is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering with extensive experience in process engineering. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Department Manager at Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC since August 2025, Avinash leads a team focused on process engineering initiatives. As a Fellow at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) since February 2024, Avinash contributes to the advancement of engineering practices. Previous roles include Principal Process Engineer at Worley, where Avinash provided consulting services for EPC engagements in the Energy and Chemical Sectors, and Catalyst Technologist at Cummins Inc., offering technical direction and developing simulation models. Early career experiences include Senior Process Engineer positions at Jacobs and Worley, where Avinash achieved significant cost savings and developed critical engineering documentation. Avinash holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
