Débora Veiga

Débora Veiga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Débora started their career at Sapore S.A in 2014, where they worked as an Encarregado Administrativo RH/DP, responsible for recruitment and selection, payroll management, and handling labor regulations. In 2016, they left Sapore and joined FILIPEFLOP as an Analista de Gestão de Pessoas. Their responsibilities included structuring the HR department, implementing HR processes and policies, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and overseeing benefits administration. Débora also played a role in strategic HR planning, tracking and analyzing HR metrics, and supporting recruitment and training initiatives. In 2021, Débora moved to Plooral Brasil as an Analista de DHO, where they continued their work in HR and organizational development. Débora joined Insight Gestão de Pessoas in 2022 as a Mentora, providing guidance and mentorship to individuals. Currently, they are working at Pulses by Gupy, starting in 2022, as a Product Enablement.
