Povilas Sabaliauskas

Povilas Sabaliauskas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Povilas is currently a Co-Founder at Pulsetto since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pro Medical Baltic as a Product Owner/Neuromodulation Engineer from April 2019 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for educating physicians and updating them on new publications, scientific data, and product releases. Povilas also created and maintained the product vision, roadmap, and Go-To-Market strategy.

Before joining Pro Medical Baltic, Povilas worked at BIOVELA as a Reliability Engineer from October 2017 to April 2019. Povilas'sresponsibilities included coordinating projects to enhance machine reliability, productivity, quality improvement, and operational safety. Povilas also conducted root cause failure analysis and developed reliability models using statistical techniques.

Prior to BIOVELA, Povilas was the CEO of UAB "Posajo Industries" from September 2013 to February 2017. The company focused on manufacturing process optimization, particularly the implementation of CAD/CAM/FEA technologies into production facilities. During their time as CEO, Povilas utilized FEA to analyze stress in parts and ensure their mechanical durability.

Povilas also worked at UAB "InfoEra" as a Production Software Specialist from October 2015 to August 2016. Povilas'sresponsibilities included business consulting, production process optimization, and software plug-in development.

Povilas started their career at UAB "Baltic Innovative Technologies" as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer from May 2011 to January 2015. In this role, Povilas monitored project activities, analyzed processes, and ensured compliance with quality requirements. Povilas also contributed to manufacturing process optimization and provided CAD/CAM staff training.

Through their work experience, Povilas has developed a strong background in product management, engineering, process optimization, and quality control.

Povilas Sabaliauskas completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University from 2009 to 2013. In 2017, Povilas began pursuing a Micro-masters in Data Science from UC San Diego, which is currently ongoing. Povilas has also obtained several additional certifications in various fields, including Consumer Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, Agile Project Management, Machine Learning, and Google Cloud Platform.
