Keith Hayner

Keith Hayner has over three decades of diverse experience in technical support and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Pulsiam since October 2016, Keith previously retired from the Albany NY Police after a notable tenure from January 1992 to October 2016, where roles included Police Officer and Chief Technical Officer, during which responsibilities encompassed managing the Computer Aided Dispatch & Records Management systems. Prior to this, Keith held the position of Manager at Friendly Ice Cream Corporation from March 1984 to January 1992, where oversight included managing a restaurant with annual sales of $1.2 million. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany.
