Gail James

Gail James is a highly experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Pulsifi since July 2024. With a strong background in managing customer success teams, Gail has previously held the role of Director of Customer Experience at Know Your Customer, where oversight of a global Customer Success team was paramount. Prior to that, Gail contributed to Handshakes by DC Frontiers as a Client Success Senior Manager, coordinating customer service teams and managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Gail's career also includes roles at CTOS Data Systems, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant Manager in Client Support to Key Account Manager, and earlier experience in customer service at Credit Bureau Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Gail holds an educational background from Olympia College Sdn. Bhd. and Convent Bukit Mertajam.
