Peter Vanbekbergen

Peter Vanbekbergen is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology and innovation management. Currently serving as CEO of Pulsify Medical since July 2023, Peter oversees strategy, fundraising, and team execution. As a partner at imec.xpand since March 2017, Peter focuses on venture capital investments in hardware-based nanotechnology innovations. Previously, Peter held CEO roles at Spectricity and was Innovation Manager at IMEC, where responsibilities included innovation management and project incubation. Peter co-founded M4S NV, contributing to the development of RF transceivers, and held various positions at IMEC and CoWare, fostering cutting-edge technology and engineering teams. An educational background from KU Leuven complements Peter’s research, engineering, and leadership expertise.
